Outreach
The Outreach Program was established in 2005 initially to engage with children and youth, offer support and invite them to visit the Centre. Today it has grown in to an entire team of people including a Team Leader, staff and volunteers who visit both children and their families with the idea being that if the entire family is included there is a greater chance of real change and impact. The team’s daily activity is to visit outer slum areas to provide access to free education and life skills that they would not otherwise receive. The Outreach team goes to 8 sites 2 times a day Monday through Friday: Chba Ampov, Toul Kork, CTN site, Doeum Sleng, Tagnov, Po chintong, Phsa touch, and Ra (train road) area.

The following topics below are taught on outreach as well as at the main centre:
Counseling Services
Provide counseling to target groups in difficult situations about conflict, education and harm reduction (HIV/AIDs, drugs and hygiene)
Child Rights
Educate children about their rights, such as the right to receive education, adequate living, development and protection.
Hygiene
Teaching children and families about washing hands, brushing teeth, washing bodies, clothes and keeping a clean kitchen area. This is done through the use of pictures, activities and games.
HIV/AIDS
For those in the community who have HIV, they have little or no information. Tiny Toones does not aim to treat them but to pass on information and referral to medical care. It also aims to educate the community about HIV transference and to reduce stigma.
Drug and Sex Education
This is often aimed at teenage groups although often others in the community attend also. Its aim is to educate young people about the effects of drugs and about harm minimization. Sex education is also provided to educate the young population about contraception, relationships and freedom of choice. This generates great discussion and young people are able to ask questions in a safe and informative environment.
Social work support and referral Services
If necessary, the outreach team will refer children, youth and their family to another relevant organization.
